Leeds (A) - Same as last year lads... kind of.

A genuine top six team vs. relegation fodder. We have regressed from last season and Mowbray needs to be cut loose before he does any more damage. We're going to be in a relegation battle under TM this season and that simply isn't good enough.

Fantastic “result”. Managed to hang on in the second half to a narrow defeat in a free-pass away game.

This plus the win last weekend has taken all the heat off Mowbray going into the international break. I imagine he’s delighted.

Nobody's bothered anyway, guessing all the lads will have a week off now to jet off to Dubai or wherever, before we come back and get "focused" for the Barnsley game.

Can imagine the talk in the dressing room right now is about exciting holidays.

Please go Tony you are damaging this proud club.

The battle has commenced, we are in 18th position and 5 points of 22nd, with Hudds, Boro and Stoke still below us.

I'm worried for sure

Although in Moob's mind we've been sawn off by the ref and had a team that were almost Champions League finalists not so long ago hanging on at the end....the truth is.... It was more than a bit toothless against an average Joe Championship team...with just 1 shot on target: they may as well have had Jason Steele in goal.

So we were told to praise Mowbray for his subs last week

He deserves slapping with a medium to large fish today, 2-1 down he brings Evans on? Can only think he wanted to protect the narrow loss

I don't think Nyambe or Tosin have been bad at CB at all today, but yes Nyambe needs to improve his distribution.

Dack has been fantastic, he's just had absolutely nothing to play off. Gallagher, Downing, Evans and Armstrong have been absolute crap today. Three of those will be picked next week without question.

Nyambe was great against Sheffield Wednesday but absolute dog shit today. Gave the ball away so many times it's scary. Dack got Dacked out of the game as he often does, I agree that he wasn't necessarily to blame there.

Absolute crap, somewhat misleading score doesnt show quite how bad we were, again. You find out about a teams character away from home, we continuously show that we dont have any. Again im sure the manager will blame the referee, but we cant control that, where we can control we are sadly lacking. 50.6% passing rate is embarrassing, couldn't string 2 passes together, no attacking threat, no passion or commitment, bizarre subs.

Looking more and more unanimous that Mowbray needs to go now, but sadly with disinterested and absent owners and his incompetent mate running things, theres no chance of that and we will continue to have to watch shit week in week out.

Armstrong and Gallagher continue to make a mockery of the money Mowbray has blown on 3 awful attackers if you include the currently absent Brereton. Armstrong quite clearly cannot be arsed, Gallagher offers nothing either, but they both play every week.

Dack again quiet although if anyone was going to do something it is always him. Downing bar one good corner was absolutely hapless throughout, his influence has been overstated, even in his good games hes little more than neat and tidy. Holtby a total passenger in the middle, Travis did some decent things but I think this season he has proven that he is a little overrated, even if he is our best central midfielder.

Defensively, Williams not great, Bennett missing for the second and horrendous on the ball, Tosin ok for most of it but cost us for that first goal with some really weak defending, Nyambe quite blatantly not a centre back.

A terrible result, we'd have been better off getting thumped as then it may have for the hand of the powers that be. Losing by the odd goal Mowbray will spin it as a good battling away performance against a top side where we just came up short and his backers will simply lap it up.

Not sure Evan's being on the pitch ever, is a good thing.

He's absolutely gash.

I fully expect the narrative of the next couple of weeks to be making out that Lenihan and Brereton returning from injury will be an end to all our problems. Of course it won’t be anything of the sort. We will stumble on until January picking up the odd result along the way, and be told there is money to spend. We’ll all be disappointed when it isn’t. We will do well not to be drawn into a relegation battle with a weaker back line than the one which went on that abysmal run last year and a bunch of misfiring forwards.

Funny, he was poised to do the exact same thing last week. I don’t really get the idea of bringing on Graham as an impact sub either, while leaving Rothwell kicking his heels.

Interesting too that it was Armstrong to make way for Graham instead of Rothwell. Presumably it helps Tony make the case that Armstrong needs to play.

His set up, tactics and subs are bereft of reason and seem to serve only to keep giving players a relatively even amount of game time.
