Games like this are exactly why he's needed. We aren't going to be playing defensive disasters like Derby and Wycombe every week. Players who are both clinical and creative at this level are extremely rare, which is why Dack is such an important asset to us.

Not a necessity if he keeps this form up. Whether he does is the question. Also as you can see from our bench; we’re only one injury (all 3 are injury prone) away from no real back up.

Including pre season he has now missed 6 or 7 one on ones.  Bizarre that he can't finish them.

Nobody else in the team is even getting into that position as nobody else is quick enough. Rothwell at a push but never far up enough to be in the position he was, and not a more convincing finisher anyway.

He's an instinctive player. Whenever he has to think he falls to pieces.

It's why he's a L1 wide player and why he misses 1-on-1s with such regularity.

Yes...but also to be read in the context of 'we don't need Dack, he'll never fit into this formation, we're scoring loads of goals without him'

That's for the manager to work out. Dack is adaptable enough to contribute as much as any of the other players across the front right now.

We are zero injuries away from no real first choice left back...definitely the priority. Bell played very well last week but is looking wobbly again for me today.

Not been the best spectacle. Brereton, Dolan and Rothwell have been very quiet and weve moved the ball around too slowly. Bell with his usual mishit clearances to the opposition too.

I'm sure he's scored the most goals in the four divisions in the last 8 months or something...all playing up front in the Championship. Your post is therefore wide of the mark.

Big misses there from both our strikers, need to do better. Don't envy the players though that rain looks miserable, and no fans to cheer them on.
