Kits are obviously designed a year in advance, but always enjoy bringing out the concepts, especially for Away & Third. Some of you might have spotted a few of these in the Lancs Live article. What's everyone hoping for this year?

Seems strange that we have apparently dismissed the possibility of a betting company out of hand due to a moral stance, but are fine with Totally Wicked. The loophole that actually allows them to be a sponsor will be closed soon I’d imagine.

I get why they went with them last year when the Recoverite deal went belly up, but doing so again shows how poor we are commercially, and how off the supposed moral compass is.

Id love us to to have a shirt front simply labeled "sponsor" that would be so cool and a big 'up yours' to the over commercialised corporate bs in sport. Looks good as well.

First new Macron strip for 22/23 in the English leagues.

Another decent effort for Stoke.

Thankfully Macron don't use many templates so highly unlikely this gives us any clues about the Rovers shirts. Collar maybe?

Shorts and socks are template, so I would expect ours to be similar to the garments shown.

It screams 'we couldn't be bothered atracting a decent sponsor'.

More laziness from those in charge.

what and who is a decent sponsor?

You seem to complain about the Totally Wicked sponsoring the club but its a local company that employ local people that wants to sponsor its local football club.

What other offers where they given the current financial situation of alot of businesses out there. They are recovering from the last 2 years problems.

If there was a local mafia, surely that could still qualify under the "local company that employs local people that wants to sponsor its local football club" should it request a place on the front of the shirt? Meaningless twaddle.

It seems strange to me to dismiss betting companies based on moral principles then only to incorporate a sponsor that presumably pays less but also is questionable on the morality issue?

Our worst ever sponsor and frankly embarrassing from my perspective. I think a club's shirt sponsor can be a reflection of it's status so, for me, this is a depressing development. Additionally, the stance against Betting companies appears to be merely window dressing.

There are plenty of businesses which used to sponsor football teams but have now been priced out of the Premier league market who I'm sure would be interested in sponsoring championship clubs.

Think back to the late 80s & early 90s: Sharp, Candy, JVC etc, even us & Liverpool have both had Crown Paints. Surely with a bit of good old 'knocking on doors' we could get a Hoover, Persil, Morphy Richards or whatever. Thinking locally (ie North West): Tate & Lyle, Heinz, Norwich have Lotus as a sponsor so why not Bentley or Jaguar Land Rover. As Jack said, "Think big!"

What about some of these .com companies? I know they have Hollywood A-listers as owners, but Wrexham have Tik Tok. Come on guys, pull your fingers out  think outside of the box & more importantly outside of a BB1 or BB2 postcode!

As much as I like the Local Company, local people thing, let's leave these guys to the smaller teams in the area. As an example, my daughter played against Langho girls a couple of weeks back & they had McDonalds Clitheroe on their shirts. Fabulous! Do I want McDonalds Ewood on our shirts? Do I F*ck!

Your guy on the inside has never been right about anything you have passed on though 😆

Let’s put it to the test - the third kit ISN’T black like has been posted in this thread and has a Lancashire back story to it.
