😂😂

You couldn't make this shit up.

Another total waste of an appointment. Why is there a power struggle? Why aren't the hierarchy working together for the betterment of the football club.

Shambles.

That Adam Owen will be gone in a couple of months also.

very possible, though he might have trolled up and down the country, produced a list of players and then got told we ar`nt signing anyone in january,i.e a complete waste of mr parkes time, thats if the nixon rumour is true

Wasn’t there something about toll roads when scouting players that got mentioned earlier this year as well that pissed off the scouting dept? Maybe he was informed that as part of rovers drive towards environmental sustainability that his bike (2nd hand) was being delivered next week…

Not overly bothered by Park leaving per se although I did think the recruitment in the summer was a lot better than under the Egg.

Indicative of an unhappy camp behind the scenes though. And as the latest adjournment of the Court case provides a ready made excuse not to spend in January, how long before Eustace tires of the circus I wonder?

They provide an electric scooter to scout games within 30 miles then after that it's the ebike but in each case you have to provide your own waterproofs and helmet.

Think there's little doubt that of those involved in Rovers' player recruitment, Park by far had the widest range of contacts and player knowledge.

Looks another classic piece of Rovers' mismangement.

Rovers still floundering and looking a million miles away from a club with a credible plan.

We have seen them twice ignore us being in the top 6 for two consecutive January's, we have seen them piss JDT off and so much more over the 14 years of garbage, yet they think we can be fobbed off with empty words about patience every year? Bollocks.

Brfcs can’t be, but plenty of the rest of the fanbase can be/is being.

They'll go with the ones offering the cheapest options and that'll probably be Rudy but for all we know Park might have been caught up in something going on above him.

Rudy wants a budget but Waggot and Suhail say no, Rudy tries to go direct to India and the other two get the hump.

All speculative i know and likely they'll put out a 'person reasons' story or better offer from bigger club and 75% of Facebook and the LT will go 'nothing to see here, all normal'.

Rudy's just the fucking Tea Boy he's not going above anyone's head.

He just follows his orders and spreads out some chicken feed for the chicken brained Facebook and LET mob when he's told to do so.

My money is on the court case postponement confirming there is £0 to spend in January and Park has just thought what's the point in being here. The same reason most the scouting department left in the summer, zero job satisfaction.

How many times have we heard tales here about how they'd scouted and lined up a deal with a player then the owners pulled the pin at the last second?

Seems like all is not well as per usual, hopefully this is the beginning of the end.

Just the usual short termism, never ending cycle of staff at playing, coaching, management level. Inevitable under a regime overseen by a con man.

It was always odd when he was brought back into the club despite having already left only 2 years previous having been part of the Mowbray regime.

I remember suggestions at the time saying that Waggott had turned to him to come in at short notice to help with the chaos of the summer having got rid of Broughton and his gang and being in a mess after nearly getting us relegated last season.

My expectation is that he was only ever here on a short term arrangement to 'help out', He did that in the summer and now as we gear up for January he is either seen as surplus to requirements or has decided that there's no point in him being here.

Suspect if he's been told that there's no money and more sales are required he's probably realised it is all pointless.

Isn't it telling that we are back to the good old days of chaos and high turnover on players and behind the scenes staff yet the chuckle brothers running it have had their feet well and truly under the table now for 7-10 years and not a murmur of either being moved out.

Meh, doesn't really bother me that Park is going. They'll just bring someone else in for a little while and the cycle will continue. We all know where the real problems are, and until that changes then this kind of thing will continue to happen at the club every year.

Not sure what the power struggle is over...I'm guessing Rudy wanting more say in recruitment.

As I say, none of this REALLY matters that much. The only thing that does matter is getting rid of the owners.

The question is why did Park come back if he knew the awful state of the club from his first time here? At the recent Q&A Park, along with Owen were praised for their work by Eustace so from that perspective all seemed well.

Nice work if you can get it though - two NDA's in a short space of time 😉

I think you've answered your own question.

Also, as others have said, Rovers pay your wages until something better comes along.

I would imagine that Eustace is far from happy with this development, and it'll unsettle him to some extent.
