I think Khadra will come on and make a difference. However, it'll only mask the confusion at the heart of the management and team. Like other managers and coaches, I think that Mowbray has followed Premier League clubs' tactical shift away from 4-4-2 and 3-5-2 without understanding it and that is part of the reason for our current mess. 

The best thing Mowbray could do, I feel, is to roll back the years and play 4-4-2 - a formation that he might understand better.
