It really is becoming one of my pet hates in football. Swindon are trying to play out from the back against City and have conceded two goals in no time at all by doing so. When the players just aren't good enough why do they try it?

Haha snap, I just said the same in the championship thread. I've watched the goal highlights from every championship game this season. The amount of goals that come from this scenario, that teams like Swansea concede is utterly ridiculous.

It seems to benefit us though. A shit load of goals have come from closing down teams trying to be Barcelona.

Does anybody else find it strange that after the plethora of Premier League and EFL games called off recently due to covid no FA Cup matches and only two EFL matches are off today? Every day record numbers of positive cases are recorded and yet it appears that footballers are now immune. 

The clubs have run rings around the authorities in my opinion.

Isn't it harder to call off a FA Cup match , dont  you have to forfeit the fixture ??

In the League Cup if you don't play a game then you get kicked out of the game isn't played before the date of the next round. I don't know if that applies to the FA Cup.

I'm desperately hoping Swansea lose for no other reason that we can play them on a Saturday (5th Feb) which is the date of the fourth round. Having had our last two matches when we could attend in midweek it's a bollocks of a time to get home.

I mean why? Just why? No need for them to do this whatsoever. 

I get it on an away kit the halves - it's a cracking design, heraldic even, but for their home when not massively associated with halves or white. Odd choice.
