Why don't modern managers tend to hook them. Seen as a reflection of their poor selection maybe? He's been a liability and is affecting the game negatively.

Giles is doing a decent job out of all the players getting forward. Wharton, Nyambe and Van Hecke done well.

An unbelievably low quality game this. Why have we got players with so little fundamental ability? Poor first touch, passes astray, slow of mind and thought, poor movement, it's bloody awful.

And in the lad Costello at WB we certainly have a player who can't stand up for falling down.

Probably more the damage it can do to a player's confidence. Generally I'd probably only do it if I thought the player was finished at the club. But JRC should be hooked in this case.
