I very much doubt that the sticker book was done when the first signing was made knowing that exactly 6 signings would be made! Mere coincedence that we will sign 6.

with the addition of hyam and the arrival of van den berg and/or jpvh,it would appear someone will be leaving,carter to portsmouth(they loved him there) or phillips out on loan,it hopefully will see the departure of jrc,nothing against him but i never want to see him in a blue and white shirt again

Brittain said we first went after him in June and were told no. The link to Hyam only emerged recently so well done to Rovers for keeping this under wraps. We desperately need another few of these though.

I think it is Mercer (?) who asked the above question re Hirst has implied that he has been told that the deal will go through tomorrow. Rich Sharpe has heard mixed messages, and the previous tweet was that Brereton pulled out of playing last week due to an imminent move which obviously was not true. But thought id post after seeing it all the same.
