A properly run club would have told him about his contract and gagged him from being the club spokesman on all matters including, to date, backroom departures, how the club should be run going forward, what sort of manager is needed and publically telling out of contract players what to do.

He just cannot shut his gob.

All I know he favours 4-3-3 formation and he has brought through 15 players from their academy into their first team squad.
