Season tickets 2022/23

Recommended Posts

Its a second chance for people who didn't buy one at the start of the season to buy a season ticket now for the rest of the season.

It caters for people have been impressed by our start and think it might continue under JDT. As such it should be commended.

Had the Club introduced this at a lower cost per game than "full" season tickets there would have been an outcry from existing holders.

Let's see how many are shifted.

That doesn't close the argument on the cost of season tickets, they are too high but have to be reduced from the start of the season, not now.

Not sure anyone is arguing that this new 3/4 season ticket should be any cheaper pro rata than the full, or indeed, the soon to be released half version.

The club hamstrung itself back in April when it set this ridiculous price structure. Only next season can it be rectified… and we know that won’t happen until there’s somebody new in that famous Ewood CEO office.

Noticed on Rovers article for the Cardiff away tickets that they are now stating that any 1875 membership bought after September 1st wont be valid for the first priority date of away tickets.

Be aware that there is to be a rail strike on the 5th Oct, for anyone planning to stay the night and come back the next day. That was going to be my plan.

Do you think that’s to do with the demand for Burnley tickets

Give over. They haven’t brought that in just for a midweek away game at Cardiff. I presume enough 1875 memberships have been sold for the club to distinguish based on when memberships were sold.

I think it also applied for the original Wigan fixture, and Luton away. I think it will be implemented for every away game not just Burnley.

Sunderland tickets just announced at £25-£30 (Category B), though the club themselves said in the summer that all midweeks will start at £20…

We know how special Ewood feels under the lights and our midweek matches on home soil, which include the visits of recently-relegated Watford and newly-promoted Sunderland, will be Category C contests, with Adult ticket prices starting at just £20.’

Obviously there’s now a Return of the Mogg big potential away support to rinse!

Typical back tracking again i swear these lot take their prompting from the Govt, say something then do the opposite but it doesn't matter because you're only crunching numbers.

Sun'land will bring 4 or 5k at least

swag trying to squeeze more cash from a large away following,he`s the type of fellow who would put sawdust in the gearbox of a car he was selling

And yet when some people call Waggot a liar he gets defended by others. This is why you can’t take anything he says in an interview as being true.
