he can`t cross a football to save his life,could be rectified by getting him to work on it on the training ground,i honestly do not know what they do in training,some weeks it looks like they`ve just met each other at the bus stop and other weeks they look like they are  definately been working to a plan,never seen such an erratic rovers side ever,seen bad ones and good ones but never ones that play well for 3 games then have 5 shockers

Working on a players crossing should be a lot easier than working on their sprinting speed.
