More likely the players just aren't good enough. Shame really because the standard of International teams at the moment is average at best. France have a good forward line and Argentina have Messi. That's about it. The likes of Spain, Germany, Italy and Brazil are poor by historical standards. There was never a better time for England to win the WC than Qatar.

Don't think it was a pen. But how on earth the ref deemed the Morocco player to get a yellow I don't know

France 1-0 up. Could be 2 or 3. Giroud hit the post hen missed when he probably could have had a touch. 

Morocco have to attack which hasn't been their game plan. Their right side is dangerous.

Been a good effort from Morocco, but they needed to score in those first 20 minutes of the second half where they were in control. Just don't quite have the quality up top to capitalise on some excellent attacking play. A good effort, much better than Croatia mustered against Argentina at least.

Luck has really favoured France the last two games. Deflections/scrambles to score, whilst at the other end the ball just didn't bounce right for Morocco.

In saying that Morocco did lack punch in the final third.

They kept trying to score the perfect goal. One or two of those players would make a big difference at Rovers.

I thought the ref was great. Just let the game flow. That tackle on Mbappe would have been a card in the Prem. Maybe even a red.

Greizmann has been their best player so far. Indispensable for France. I bet Argentina man mark him.

Very entertaining semi final with Morocco really doing thenselves proud.

It isn't down to luck that France have got to a second final in a row, they have that extra bit of quality where it matters. Griezmann and Tchouameni again both superb.

Morocco should be called “Europe select of players not born in Morocco”, 10 of their team tonight fall into that category.
