Season tickets 2023-24 - what could/should be offered ?

Recommended Posts

We're now on day 5 of ST's being unavailable.

The only thing coming out the club at the moment is adverts for Stadium Tours and Quizzes!

The FF meeting was days ago, but still no further updates on anything to do with ST's / kits / pre-season as promised.

Hopefully waiting to announce a good signing to kick off the summer rush phase of ST sales.

But that would not be effected by the site being up and running. One thing is for certain, with the site being down, there will be no more season tickets sold on line.

I don't know what figures Waggott is basing all this on. At the end of the day, it's tiny margins that he's pinching at.

No matter. We'll get the straight-forward figures without massaged numbers when they turn the fucking seat map back on. Half of me thinks they've turned it off deliberately because they don't want anyone to see how bad it is. It might be my fault. Steve... STEVE... spreadsheet is deleted now, you can turn it back on!

I think you've hit the nail on the head, Steve won't like your daily seat map reports because they are pretty accurate and embarrass the hell out of him.

My guess is he'll be handing out the 1k complimentary ST's before putting the seat map back on.

Weasel....

I doubt we’d be fooled by a leap of 1,000 tickets when they weren’t even on sale.

His figures are all over the place.

Agreed, I’ll wait for an official update from @goozburger who I reckon will be closer to an official figure than the CEO. Absolutely bonkers.

I was going to renew this morning after being undecided after missing too many games with sky last season, and feeling a little drained with how the season finished. Don’t understand why season tickets need to be taken down for the best part of a week while they remove them from the system. If I’d gone down Ewood with a bag of spanner’s I could have physically removed them from the stadium in less time. Anyone called the ticket office to ask wtf is going on ?

Presumably ‘seat transfers’, though not sure why it is taking a week. But not a single update from the club either… well they are ‘delighted’ with 7,300, so why rush getting them back on sale.

Online season ticket sales have now been unavailable for five days. What's going on? 🤷‍♂️

It's pretty obvious due to your accurate  updates.

We knew he watches these threads.

The arrogance of the man.

Please leave Steve..

He’s stopping anyone buying a ST just to foil a fella called goozeburger on some obscure message board?

1 million percent something Waggott would do. He’ll be working on a way to rewrite the code of the page so that we can’t get regular updates. That way he can bullshit his way through another year of fans forums.

Is he buggery doing that 😁

He doesn’t give a feck what fans think and judging by the latest FF just makes up the figures anyway.

I think it would be a question for the next FF meeting. Can the actual matchday attendance figures be published, rather than just assuming that all season ticket holders have attended.

All clubs do that and there’s not a chance  they’ll release the true bums on seats number - unless released by the police (who do know the *real* attendance for safety purposes).

Just because all clubs do it. It doesn't make it right. It would be interesting to know what Waggots response to the question would be.

There's no way they'll release those figures. I asked the question years ago and got knocked back.

The only club as far as I know who do are Tottenham

So it is time the question was asked again.

I’m not saying it’s right or wrong just that you won’t get an answer. But I’m sure it can be added to the agenda if you ask O2G.
