His call was basically when Pickering was already in the air, and it was outside the box so not sure what he’d planned to do. 

Regardless, we need an upgrade on Pickering too, and also on Travis who gave it away initially. Those 3 are miles and miles and miles away from Top 6 championship quality

I don’t rate pears but he clearly shouts for that ball from Pickering. The fact we skipped away from Styles in the summer is a joke. Pickering has never been upto standards.

 

Also at 1-1 what the fuck are Hyam & Carter doing just tapping it around at the back. Almost as if we were playing for a draw. This Millwall side are terrible but are clearly way more up for it than us. Jokers and for the 4th time in about a month…BOTTLERS!

The bad decisions are on the players but these tactics are firmly on the coaching staff and have been an issue all season.

Also Pickering, he needs to be back up to someone better.
