I was watching some highlights of yesterday's Carabao Cup matches and this particular bit stuck out at me. One or two mentioned Aasgaard earlier in the transfer window, but I assume it wasn't based on his penalty-taking!

New ground for many. Relatively local. Opportunity to stand on a terrace. League 2 opposition so young players will get another chance.

What's good is that it gives us another opportunity to put out a similar team. Great experience for our youngsters and those on the cusp of the first team.

Sure you only get 800/900 or so tickets so will definitely sell out as a new ground … get those 1875 memberships bought!

I went to Harrogate away in either 08 or 09 to see my old local team Stafford Rangers play as I was living in Leeds at the time. Cracking non-league game, Rangers coming from 2-0 to lead 2-3 before last minute deflected heartbreak equaliser. I’m sure it’s changed from then, but one of the corners was much, much lower than the rest of the pitch, so much so that the player taking the corner actually disappeared from sight! Very bizarre. Couldn’t fathom why they hadn’t just put down a load of soil in the pre season to build it up. 

Will be a good trip for those able to make it 👍

just looked it up: what a last 10 minutes or so!

They can give that, but they usually give a full stand from what I’ve seen.

Salford v Leeds will be guaranteed as one. There's Tranmere v Leicester and Chelsea v AFC Wimbledon in the running too, I'd expect.

Totally agree. I had on talkSPORT, trying to tolerate cundy and o’hara, but even they weren’t doing it. Dreadful show. Resorted to evening standard live feed

It was live on sky sports you tube channel for what it's worth. 

Nice town not to far away and plenty of stop of places for a pint or 2.
