Unfair to suggest I'm writing him off. Huge difference between that and saying he isn't ready to be in the first team every week.

I refuse to judge Leonard yet, the lad should have help and be brought along as any young lad should. Leading the line is borderline unfair at this stage of his career.

Well that was idiotic from Pickering, and not the first time he has flubbed his lines under the ball. Hyam should have been taking charge of that situation and bringing the ball under control.

It really hammers home that we need an upgrade at left back. Such a pity that the budget has been cut...
