I don't think the Sky/EFL allow it and perhaps Harrogate make the decision?

Possibly get around the rules by showing it in house, Blues Bar?

If it was at Ewood it would technically be ‘broadcast’ to be shown on our own concourses, but wouldn’t be available elsewhere.

Livescore had it down as that from the off. They also have Buckley at LW (or inside forward, LAM or whatever) and Moran CAM. Markanday on the right and Gally up top. Does the BBC agree on that? I'd have thought Buckley central made more sense.
