England - Lee Carsley Takes The Reins

Haven't really got going at all in this game. Average for 20 mins, being generous, got a lucky goal then sat back and shrank until Denmark equalised.

Serious words needed at half time as our collapse after scoring was ridiculous. Can't imagine Southgate delivering the verbal rocket needed mind.

Foden seems to be the one to slag off at minute, but at least he’s had a shot or two.

Some of them have barely been involved. Kane playing far too deep on the whole, so many others just seem a bit clueless tbh. Very poor indeed in that half.

Denmark by far the better team that half. Not many who could complain at being subbed off, but Arnold and Foden top of the list again.
Midfield needs Wharton, simple as that. Forward line needs someone pressing out of possession and playing off the last man’s shoulder when we have possession.

When the BBC pundits are going in on England this hard you know we've been rancid. Although there's still the usual blind spot for Southgate. All blame on the players it seems.

You can forget favourites, there are at least 10 teams comfortably better than England at this tournament and 3 or 4 that would rip them to pieces on current form.

Trent is fucking horrendous.  How come everyone but Southgate can see that? Wharton is made for this role

he`s a right back, who is a poor defender but great going forwards,to put him in a holding midfield role is a rank decision made by an idiot

Our passing is atrocious.

TAA can hit the occasional good long diagonal to a one footed fullback playing out of position but in the midfield mix he's a danger, to England.

Our walking approach can only be due to managers instructions.

Liking watching paint dry, that turns out to be a matt instead of gloss finish.

Another thing I’ve noticed about Alexander-Arnold, he goes hiding in there. Only interested when he’s in acres of space. Not interested in getting the ball in remotely tight areas.

It was the opposite of that - Ferdinand, Lineker and Richards were all blaming Southgate
