Make it £25 in all areas except JW centre, tickets available to all home fans on database, give them 5.5k spread over top and bottom tier.

Fill the gaff up a bit more and make it a proper derby crowd and extra special occasion, as it should be without the authoritarian crap.

Police, CEO, stewards, stadium manager pull your fingers out and earn your money you are employed to oversee these events not downscale them and control them to suit yourselves.

Thanks for all your help lads.

I rang the ticket office and they told me that I’ve no chance of getting a ticket as they’re only sold for this fixture to people with enough points. Apparently points are earned by attending matches in the previous year, I haven’t been to Ewood since 2020 so I’ve got no chance!

I am sure one of us on this forum could help you out Adam. We know you are a supporter of Rovers so fuck it

I will have enough points & I will be purchasing a ticket when they are released - if you haven't been sorted message me

Surely that’s just someone at the club getting it completely wrong (shock).

Perhaps looking at the points needed for the 1st step of the sale or something (have we ever done that for home games before).

I’ll likely be back in Lancashire for this one post-Christmas but certainly don’t have that level of points from last season.

If true, the club will have really out-done them selves again.

You’d say it has to be someone on the phone getting the wrong end of the stick  or the club actually is barring anybody who hasn’t been to a game in 2024 going to the season’s biggest fixture. Been travelling? Tough! Been ill? Tough!

Though it does sound ridiculous enough to be true.

Yeah it can't be right

Since i moved away i get too 3 or 4 home games a season...similar away

I have the grand total of 40 points

One thing's for sure though...if i did get turned down for a ticket they'd be losing my support at ewood for good

If true, that’s another supporter lost. Well done Rovers. 🙄

There's no way you will need over 300 points to get a ticket for this game.

I think the either someone at the ticket office is confused and thought the poster was on about Burnley away (which of course has already happened) or the poster has simply misheard.

So it’s £35-£40 for a Sky game when everybody’s skint just after Christmas and new year.

They don’t have a clue and/or don’t give a fuck about attracting a crowd.

One day we’ll be shut of them, just Christ knows when.

The world looks on and sees a half full ground for this much hyped derby and says 'big game ? pah no chance'.

Others say hey it's 30 -35 quid for some bog standard Championship grounds and games !

Well yeah but not when the the standard price here is £25 then they raise it a tenner just to fleece the away support but care not a jot of shafting home fans in the process.

Absolute shower of clowns run this club and that is putting it politely.

£35-£40 10 days after Christmas is absolutely brain dead. Our manager and players deserve support and they get shafted again.

I wouldn’t put it past Waggott to try and promote the game tickets as Xmas presents, roll up, roll up.

They’ve added £1 to the price announced in May for cat A+ games for all the following stands:

Riverside, Blackburn End, Family Stand, JW lower.

It may only be a £1 but it’s yet another example of what absolute shysters are running our club.

Sounds most civilised. Will the walls be decorated in claret and blue and club photos for the occasion? Q&A with Ashley Barnes pre game?

I’m all in favour of extracting as much cash as possible to fund our er…promotion push from Dingle fans TBH…
