Thursday to Saturday looked OK last time I checked, just cold

Yep. The media and news sites are clearly looking at a different forecast than the one the met office and other sites are providing.

the derby is coming at a bad time for us,we lacked sharpness against hull and after another tiring game on new years day we`ll be shattered come saturday,we just don`t have the squad size to rotate

if it does get frosty eustace could do what hughes did one christmas and not turn the undersoil heating on,gave us a rest and we annihilated wigan on new years eve, that reidy thunderbolt😆

So we weren’t being ‘OTT’ and ‘negative’, after all then, just ahead of the curve from the club, as we usually are on here…

It was the club "saving face" comment I said was OTT, if that's what you're referring to.

Yes I remember that well. It was v Sunderland and I had a pub in Ossy at that time. I had a coach load and a mini bus full of Mackems in the pub from about 3pm that day and it was only called off around an hour before ko time. The drivers had even started calling out the fans that it was time to leave for Ewood when the postponement announcement came on Sky. It was gutting for them - wasted day and all that. My till fkin loved it though lol

I’d say 22k-ish out of the 23k available in home areas, they’ll give a gate of 26 thousand and something (a 31k capacity)

Crazy really when the game sold out with over a week to go.

5k tickets unsold that could easily have been sold, yet Waggott and Gestede will not doubt plead poverty when it comes to transfer funds.

An absolute clown show as per usual.

Brittain.  Hyam. Batth.  Beck

          Buckley   Tronstad

ACD.          Cantwell.       Dolan

                 Gueye

Subs: Toth, fadz, baker, JRC, Hedges, weimann, Leonard.

Have assumed that ohashi won't be fit.

Definitely wouldnt want Buckley to be put in any Championship, let alone this one.

If Cantwell misses out I would probably go with JRC there and keep Baker next to Tronstad.
