Despite your reverting to keyboard warrior tendencies aimed at people that give up their time for free, don’t worry, I’ll still ask your question 😅.

In any event, we don’t set the schedule.

Out of interest, is the date dictated fully by the club or do ‘you’ have any say at all?

Not a question for me, I’m just in an email thread, where I’m told when the meetings are, I’m afraid.

Hi K-Hod very much appreciate you giving your time in listening to what at times must be infuriating garbage spouted by the Rovers officials at such forums.

Without wanting to distract conversation away from way more important matters concerning owners, transfers, contracts.
Might it perhaps to add under AOB, a stadium capacity question? If the reported capacity is 31,367, with 4,043 Burnley tickets sold in the Darwen end (including others in hospitality sections?) with a circa 8,000 capacity and all home tickets sold out.
With a published attendance yesterday of 25,909, where were the circa 1,400 missing seats?

Or do Rovers need to revise the stadium capacity?

I also ask partly as the match was sold out over a week beforehand and I know Rovers fans who would have bought tickets.

So, I’ve got a question about that on my list already.
My gut reaction is the club (and the police tbf), don’t fancy doing a bit.

I’d say 250 in the JWL corner netted off. Front row of the BEnd Upper (I believe, couldn’t see from the lower) so another 180. Apart from that, couldn’t see anything, even the whole JWU corporate section was full which wasn’t even the case for the Liverpool QF.

So where were the other 1,000 empty seats in home areas? As you say the only explanation is the capacity of Ewood Park is no longer 31,367

Is the attendance announced those who actually turned up or number of tickets sold. Two empty seats very close by today

Nobody I know went to their actual seats in the riverside, not sure where you were. I wans initially on the Blackburn End side but moved to the opposite side when everyone sat down!

As an aside, first time I've been in the riverside for a while and was appalled by the state of it in parts! The metal section of steps looked like they were ready to crumble at some point from the rust. Was chatting to a couple of Zwolle fans at half time and they too were saying what a shithole that stand was.

Probably a question for me. I liaise with the club about Forum dates and they often move. In fact, although K-Hod doesn’t know yet I’ve been asked if we can move the 10/2 date to 11/2. I will be asking members if that’s OK in the next few days. As it happens I can’t do 11th but that won’t affect any move as I am away for nearly 6 weeks from then anyway.

If a significant number of members can’t make the new date we will look again. But it’s virtually impossible to get any date all members can get to. And there is no point in sticking to a date that the club’s senior management can’t make. But we have had meetings moved in the past if I and/or the Chair can’t make a date.

Christ, don't bother if you're going to be like that.

My ire is directed primarily not at you or the people who give up their time for free but the representatives of the Club who have turned the whole thing into a charade by never providing a worthwhile answer to anything.

I don't know how you have the patience to sit there and have your intelligence insulted time after time. I certainly wouldn't have.

Just in the pub lol someone had this: £3.50, well produced, almost a book tbf.  Full of mostly article, not adverts.

Not sure how many pages (not numbered) but substantial.

If this rabble can produce this, where do we stand as far as credibility is concerned?

Too much like hard work. I'd be interested to know how many of the 92 league clubs no longer produce a programme. My betting is not many. Even Chorley and Bamber Bridge are still in production.

I don't know about the PL but I would wager they all produce one. As for not issuing programmes, according to a topic on Non League Matters forum, in the EFL it is 4 in the Championship (us, Bristol City, Millwall and Swansea), 8 in L1 and 12 in L2.

I recall at Bristol City last season there were unofficial sellers (for free?!) who had physically printed the pdf copies. Others loitering we selling their fanzine. Leeds, as much as it pains me to praise anything to do with them, had a very good programme on NYD, £4 mind.

I wonder how many of the 24 above do monthly magazines in lieu, like Rovers attempted for the minimum amount of time they could...

I had an email survey through from the club after the Burnley game so guessing it was a season ticket wide one most people also got it.

A good opportunity to give some constructive criticism to the club about the state of the ground, concessions, atmosphere etc. for those that can spare 5 mins.

At the next fan forum, it needs to be brought up why year after year, we shoot ourselves in the foot in the January window after a great start. We've had months to prepare for targets and should of had 2-3 players ready to come in January 1st. So frustrating every year and nothing will change until Venky's have f*cked off!

It's already on my list, fear not.

Also please ask about why after a spell of renewing contracts under Broughton, that Gestede has failed to sort one single one out.

Also what's the plan for the players out of contract in 2026.

If they don't extend by the summer will we invite offers for them or will we spend the next 12 months reading in the telegraph that offers have been put forward to the players then when Sumner 2026 arrives they will leave the club on a free like Lenihen ,Nyambe and Rothwell?

So, I do it as a representative of this site.

Meetings every 3 months or so, give or take. Next one is Monday, February 10th.

Minutes usually uploaded to club website, then re-posted on here a few days after.

Cheers fella, who else goes to the meetings? Should take 5 season ticket holders along to voicevtheir view (I know you more than likely fall into that category hence your appearances then. Is there a thread for those questions or do you kind of pluck and make note of them. Could do a question only thread with minimal discussion no digressing.

Cheers for the explanation 👍

Correct me if I’m wrong @K-Hod but are the questions not vetted before hand and then answers prepped with no opportunity for follow up questions? If so, is there really much point in the fans forum? All the minutes I’ve read thus far strike me as the meetings being purely box ticking exercises
