you could see Ellis telling Asante-Thomas dont go to that shit team ....

I think he was telling him "Good job you turned down that contract offer, mate, you'd never get on ahead of their #9. What a player he is - put us both to shame".

Not all doom and gloom. Still in 6th. We were more than a match for Cov and would probably have won on another day.

The doom and gloom will come in a couple of weeks when we’ve signed no-one.

And we play PNE with our B team.

Club gets the best attendance in years, then follows it up by (again) offering nothing but bilge in the weeks following, with absolutely no ambition.

And people have the gall to question why people who live local and could go, don't.

Eustace doesn't have it in him to put a rocket up them. He's too nice; "I'm proud of the boys and their effort" as, once again, we slide down the league into oblivion. We have outpunched our weight this season but reality is now dawning. Another window where we have done diddly squat apart from dregs no-one else wants

Dolan should not have been taken off, was one of our bright sparks.

Best game I have seen Makhtar play, shame he couldn't grab a goal.

Any team with JRC and JB in CM is going to struggle in this league.

We are still in the play offs due to other results, similar to many previous seasons.. we should just change the music from 'final countdown' to 'killing me softly..'

Thought JB and JRC bossed the game till 40 mins. Then weak conceded goal (admittedly JRCs fault), Brittain injured and JRC moved to right back. Things declined substantially from that point.

Abysmal result, but unsurprising.

The sabotage that is going on at the club to undo all the great work JE has done up to this point is absolutely despicable.

Forshaw looking like the second coming of Danny Murphy.

Yet more injuries as well. When it rains it pours. Can't see anything other than them getting absolutely battered at Bristol on Saturday I'm afraid.

The worrying thing is we had Litherland, Edmondson and O’Grady-Macken on the bench tonight and then had 2-3 more injuries.

We are properly down to bare bones here and having to play the likes of Buckley and JRC and can’t drop chronic under performers because we have nobody.

If I was Eustace I’d be hammering on Waggots door tomorrow with a back me or I leave ultimatum, he’ll be fine out of this either way

I thought Dolan was anonymous. Genuinely interested in what impressed you? Did he do anything of note? Thought Gueye was the only player out there who played well.

One of the few players who ran with the ball and actually made some progress i thought..he wasn't great but the others were dire comparably

Played well, created some good chances, shouldn't be lost this game..

Gueye our best player tonight.

Injuries to Batth, Brittain and JRC not helpful at all tonight.

Tonight highlighted why we should have made quality signings early in the window.

We’re down to the bare bones and we were still the better team.

Sadly another 3 points down the drain against very average opponents.

The doom and gloom is now - we're bleeding points against teams we could easily beat because we started the season undermanned and now everyone is injured.

Think Simms cost more than our entire squad btw. To put it into perspective.

One win in eight. We’ll be nosediving down that league very soon.

Yet another season of shameful negligence by those utter see you next Tuesdays in Pune. You’ve got to give it to them - they’re bloody consistent.

They’re cunts, I’ll finish it for you. Complete and utter cunts.
