Eustace Wants Out (Rumour)

Recommended Posts

John Eustace has decided he’s had enough at Ewood and will leave Rovers at the first opportunity.

There are many reasons why he has become disenchanted with the club.

The lack of signings this window is one frustration but it is a symptom of what he sees as the main problem, which is the complete lack of any communication with the owners and the resultant absence of decision making at the club.

Not unreasonably he wants to know what are the  owners plans for the future and their vision for the years ahead. His requests for information have met stonewalling from the Ewood hierarchy and his own attempts to contact the owners have not been successful.

In short, he sees no future for the club as it stands and as an ambitious manager he does see a future for himself either. He wants to leave.

He has applied for several jobs in recent weeks, including West Brom and Coventry, and he will be applying for any appealing vacancy at this level that arises.  So he could be gone in weeks, or it might be months, but his days at the club are numbered.

This information came from senior sources within the club.

Just not true .

Not a chance is he actively applying for jobs whilst in a job .

May get an agent to put feelers out to see if the other clubs would take him

Eustace may have missed the boat this year though. I can't see there being many more managerial changes between now and the summer unless a team has their own manager poached or plummets into relegation trouble and I can't see that happening now.

I reckon Derby may depart with Paul Warne shortly. Their fans seem to have turned and they've lost 7 on the bounce. Whether that would appeal more than Ewood to JE who knows.

Mmmm. What does senior sources mean?

I doubt he'd be telling all and sundry he wanted offski and there are few above the manager in football clubs. The three stooges wouldn't be running around gossiping about this. Who else is there?

Bit of a non story in my view. All managers are always looking for better opportunities, which is basically what this post says. He's not after the Chorley job.

Plus didn't WBA count him out due to a buy out clause or severance pay issue?

As you were.

If he applied for WBA & they didn’t appoint him, more fools them.

Wouldn't be any sort of surprise at all would it really and i wouldnt blame him 1 bit if he was.

The club is being running into the ground for money laundering exercise for Indian  tax laws on foreign investment.

Then it comes to the running of the club there isn't any that's ANY real bosses at the club ie owners with powers its all a total mockery of how to run a business and the ones at the club now who i know some personally shouldn't be in jobs of such high standard its all down to box ticking and cheapest wage why they are employed.

Then waggot the maggot and pasha come along - the day came when we went to the unvieling of the grey away shirt in blues bar and it was waggots 1st real encounter with supporters - within 1 minute i had the clown weighed up well n truely he tells you what you want to hear and then the sympathy card gets played and marks out everything is a major task when it isnt he just cant be arsed.

The only real person to call all of this was JDT who plenty called yet he was there in the firing line trying to wake others up to facts now eustace  is learning the same way yet not coming out against the rats

SO NOW IT HAS TO BE SUPPORTERS NO OTHER WAY WE HAVE TO TURN AGAINST THE BOARD WAGGOT PASHA AND CO THEY ALL AHE TO GO MAKE IT ALL UNCOMFY FOR THEM.

NEXT GAME WE ARE AT HOME INFRONT OF TV CAMERAS GET BANNERS OUT VOICES HEARD

FA CUP LEAVE THE GROUND EMPTY DONT LINE WAGGOTS POCKETS HE IS ONLY HOPING FOR 7000 WOLVES FANS

Not a cat in hells chance of that happening mate. I used to bang the drum for this sort of thing happening and within minutes the cap doffers and hand wringers were on here with their bleating about how it wouldn’t work.

Even Home Counties, mard arse Reading fans went on the pitch, en masse, a season or two back, to demonstrate against their owners. Rovers fans have nothing to offer but, remember…

If fans do nothing, the status quo will remain. I quoted this a good few seasons ago and I will be quoting it again in ten seasons time. If our support can’t be bothered to try and run these bar stewards out of our club, we’ll be stuck with them until the end of time.

If the heat was turned up at the ground, I wonder if Waggott would get the fan groups down to Ewood again to get a telling off from the senior players committee or whatever it was amusingly called. I just remember Szmods sitting there looking like he'd rather be anywhere else.

Good point, I'd missed them but yeah imagine he'd jump at the chance. An engaged owner who actually wants them to get somewhere, a budget to work with, and he's an ex-player too...

I was kicked out the ground  threatened with police the lot when all that was going on pal.

This club doesn't carry any passionate fans no-more that's the real fact i only renewed due to my kids taking interest in football and to stop then supporting the shadracks.

Time for a come back i think turn up the heat of these clowns now - we need backing by full fan base not just 20 people
