The popular Blackburn Rovers fans website BRFCS.com has recently started selling a wider range of merchandise promoting the site, the 4000 Holes podcast and the 4000 Holes fanzine from its online store UNCOUTH GARB.

BRFCS said “Rovers fans will be familiar with the extract from the Pall Mall Gazette back in the late 19th century which remarked that the club and its followers descending upon the capital, were “a northern horde of uncouth garb and strange oaths…” - well we already have the podcast, which you could argue consists of many strange oaths, so a move into offering some garb seemed only natural. We would argue that our garb is however high quality…!”

The site has in the past offered retro football shirts based on the 1960's Rovers shirts which proved to be especially popular. A 1970s design was sold later specifically to raise money for former Rovers legend Tony Parkes. The online store is now branching out into items paying homage to Rovers but with a twist.

Items on sale presently include tee shirts recognising Rovers new cult hero Yuki Ohashi as well as hats, scarves and sweatshirts in colour schemes not available in the official Rovers club store.

“We are pleased that our niche products are resonating with the fanbase…all proceeds are helping to keep the site ticking over…everything is reinvested.” BRFCS added. “We supply every item to order, so you can be sure that your merchandise is prepared, packed and posted by Rovers fans!”

Anyone interested in what's in store should go to BRFCS.com/Store and take a look at the offerings.

Too early for Christmas present shopping? Probably not based on the High Street shops stocking up with Christmas food already!
