  1. So do I. This training ground sale, plus the Armstrong fee, is almost certainly counted as hatched chickens, over in Pune. In SWAGS office, they are probably oven ready, or coated in KFC flavouring.
  2. I won’t run away from a result, roughly translated to, I won’t be resigning after this one either.
  3. 0-1 this one, then on to Cardiff and a similar score. That could perhaps jolt the manager into accepting, we are in a relegation battle, despite his platitudes on the latest LT story.
  4. I fully agree. This football club, ceased being a proper club, when these loons racked up. The fans have had to endure one disaster after another. We go from the sublime, to the ridiculous, with 5 managers in one season, to keeping a manager, who has won one in 13. Yes Mowbray needs to go, but the club is in grave danger, with these people in charge. The silence is deafening yet again & I liken Roves right now to a dying man, on life support, who is a flick of a switch away from the end. The club is on its knees with very little signs of life.
  5. He would probably find Balaji trying to talk him out of it. We have some land to sell, it won’t sell itself you know?
  6. Perhaps having discovered a few years ago, that you can be relegated (twice) you might be correct.
  7. The people in Pune, will have no idea whether it’s Wycombe, or Man City who have beaten us. They have no interest in it.
  8. Football is secondary at the minute. Owners just keeping people, who can manage a land sale and negotiate with builders. Not to mention keeping spouting bollocks to keep some fans hoodwinked.
  9. Any update on the numbers? i have E Mailed it to a Venkys subsidiary called Vencobb chicken. E Mail address for anyone else who wants to do it is vencobbchickenap@gmail.com
  10. Hopefully numbers will be available and will show us the strength in numbers on this.
  11. I have been worried about the recruitment of players for about 10 years now and I think we have seen time and time again, that not all of the recruitment, is for the betterment of BRFC.
  12. There is a firm called Venkycob on twitter I think, who have some link with the owners. i will dig it out and send it their way too. We could do with a decent journo publicising this.
  13. It was posted on here too, by way of a reply, but interesting to note, that replies have now been disabled. It was visible for about 4 hours though, so plenty know about it. Mowbray says U23s could get first-team chance this season | Lancashire Telegraph
  14. Unless people retweet, or reply, you can't tell how many read it. I have copied it to Rich sharpe though and directly asked him, has he read it? No reply from him as yet.
  15. I did it and post as stated under @mortgagecarl Happy to forward a screenshot if anyone wants one.
  16. Simon Garner is a club legend and neither Rhodes or Armstrong are anywhere near.
  17. And also sack the current leader of the planning department, replace him with the tea lady, as she wants to make sure, everything is top notch.
  18. Exactly so makes no sense. Don’t forget who spotted that player too.
  19. I fully agree and even to this day, I am pretty certain Venky's do not make all the decisions. Strikers are the players who go for big money, backed by two, at big prices and no defenders like you say.
  20. I would be extremely surprised if we don't see a contract extension this year and will also be surprised, if it isn't at least for two further years, taking him to the end of the 2023/24 season. I don't say that because he deserves it, but feel as though the venky's have been badly advised line and have now learned their lessons, is as far from the truth as you can get. Someone somewhere is still allowing crazy decisions to be made and I think this will just be another one of them.
  21. She is that careful, she had two done last time. Despite that, we carried on losing millions every year. They are still being badly advised, by the looks of things.
  22. After that, it’s a sale and rent back job. Similar to poor old Bury. This is not going to end well.
