  1. Kaminski is in the hallowed Friedel territory of 'worth points on his own'.
  2. The best teams are always the ones willing to sacrifice for each other: https://fb.watch/giTd630qNH/
  3. That just makes the entire original post completely redundant though. It might as well read thusly and have the same relevance to the discussion: I'm not saying that playing the u14s would have made us not lose those games. We will never know that. JDT elected not to give the u14s more minutes in those games. But we absolutely know that JDT’s decisions in those games ultimately led to us losing those games.
  4. Ok, I get that. So you also agree that a multitude of different decisions not remotely involving Dack could have changed the result in our favour?
  5. Yes. You. Do. Because we know for 100% certainty that not putting him on earlier resulted in defeat.“ Perhaps you could clarify what you're actually saying because that's obviously how many people are interpreting it. As a qualified teacher, I've no problems with comprehension.
  6. It took the club a full 18months to take on some suggestions from the RT Marketing Prospectus, personally handed to Waggott and the ideas within discussed with both he and Paul 'Fans don't matter, corporates do' Fielder. Those were ideas collated from fan suggestions on all media, including on here. I can't imagine they'll be any quicker implementing ideas because Joe Bloggs sends an email demanding a face-to-face meeting.
  7. We didn't lose those games just because Dack wasn't brought on. That is nonsense. It's a contributing factor, of course, but it isn't the reason by any stretch.
  8. You might see Chris Samba if you have a seat near the director's box, he often attends to watch academy lads he's working with.
  9. If it needs the suggestions of individual fans rather than engaging in supporter consultations (getting off his arse) then he's not earning his salary.
  10. Pointless. Imo, the outright refusal to engage with supporters en masse is why they keep getting so many decisions wrong re: what fans actually want from the matchday experience.
  11. Got 69% but SO annoyed by those I missed (I knew them all apart from Anthony Dobson. Who the fuck?)
  12. Agreed, but given that wing backs tend to prioritise attacking over defending, if the manager can figure out a way to make defending easier for them without nullifying their attacking potential, surely he should? If they were playing a more traditional full back role, I'd definitely agree.
  13. I was hugely sceptical (angry, actually) about the wing backs being played on the 'wrong sides', but have to give credit to JDT. It took me about 20mins, but I figured out that it perfectly nullified Mowbray's tendency to play inverted wingers. Show the inverted winger towards their byline and they can't cross it properly, but if they DO manage to cut in they still have our back 3 to deal with.
  14. What actually happened with the ballboy? LOVED that Garrett tackle 😄
  15. Y'know what'd be really refreshing? If JDT came out and instead of the usual 'I'd need to look at it again' bollocks, said 'Actually I think they should've had a penalty and we got away with it in that way. But that is football and that's how it goes sometimes.'
  16. Feel like we'll be going in 1-0 at the break but don't ask me which way it'll be.
  17. I only know what a Blackberry is because of a passing mention in The Thick Of It.
