  1. Every once in a while there is a post on here that I just want to 👍 twice. Great post and totally agree K- Hod.
  2. I love Venkys... without them we would be like Leicester or Leeds Bury.
  3. Completely agree on this. Very noticeable as well. In the past few seasons we would have been drawing or losing to late goals. Makes me wonder exactly who has brought this into our game ? I approve.
  4. In his mind, the pricing is possibly to nudge people towards buying the half ST. If every match was 19 quid there would literally be no need for half STs.
  5. Brum and Barnsley tickets don't even come up unless you login or create an account first. Hudds tickets do come up. Strange website. Not much use if not a member. Can't even view prices.
  6. You are right Matty. Thought it was over 16s but actually over 18s for the domestic pass. Still think a good few will just avoid the hassle though. We will see soon enough.
  7. England double vax rate is 81.9% So 2000 or so will not be eligible for the pass. I imagine half of those doing the tests to get in and half just not bothering with the hassle. The test still needs to be uploaded to the NHS app to get the 48 hour QR code pass. You don't just do a test. In fact actually doing the test is the optional bit. Not unique to Rovers but can see gates down by 10%. Plus additional costs to the club e.g. opening turnstiles at 12:30. Can't see many wanting to sit in the cold for 4.5 hours. As per the announcement today, you also need to take ID so they can cross check the pass is yours.
  8. Gp app "myGP ticket" vaccine status is not a covid pass. You need to use the NHS app to generate the pass (lasts 30 days). The pass has the barcode. The hard copy you can get has the barcode. The point is still that if we limit attendance to 9999 we don't need to do anything. For clubs getting 10500 gates it can be a consideration. There are going to be costs associated with enforcement.
  9. You use the QR code. They use the checker app to scan & verify its real not fake. This is the first time the passport has been used domestically. https://www.nhsx.nhs.uk/covid-19-response/nhs-covid-pass-verifier-app/domestic-covid-pass-verifier-app-user-guide/
  10. Well they would all need the devices to check and verify your QR code.
  11. So as was always inevitable, plan B has now been announced. No covid passport = no entry for gates over 10K. Costly administration nightmare for the club. Waggott should limit tickets to under 10K to remain exempt. Most sensible solution to avoid the costs. Will away fans now be banned to make it easier ? Can't see how we can accept away fans whilst limiting or stopping home walk ons. Otherwise how will he tackle the subject of unvaccinated ST holders who can now not attend ? Surely can't go down that route ? Same dilemma at all clubs with 9-15K attendances.
  12. Who is MG ? Not listed as attendee. The club response on the consultation meeting, is not only conveniently fabricated rubbish, it is wholly unacceptable.
  13. If West Brom fail to beat Coventry at 12:30 and we win today then we are going to be 3rd.tonight. Should be a massive incentive.
  14. 9 days later, still no published minutes Steve? "I will look into it"....
  15. These are games we would have drawn or lost late on previously. I thought it was good to see us using some gamesmanship to see out the game. Several times late on BB was seen organising the others to see out time. Happy to take 3 points at the expense of a booking.
  16. The key to us doing well is for Mowbray to have as few players as possible to choose from. Well proven fact. Unless Venkys (never refuse to sign a check) are pushing to recoup funds there is no reason to sell anyone in January.
  17. Buckley best I have seen him play today. Wow. We are a good side when we want to be.
