  1. You also wouldn't pay off a manager or enter into new player contracts just before administration. I will take Mowbray until May if it means the end of Venkys. I'm just clutching at straws trying to make myself feel better at this stage.
  2. This embargo situation could be the reason they won't sack him if the resultant pay offs and then recruitment costs are not in the P&S projection.
  3. I am not talking about the filed accounts which are historical facts. "along with the club’s Profit & Sustainability submissions for the current year, for which we have until June 30 to meet our financial projections." The other element is the P&S which includes a projection to June 30th. That is something they hope for and expect / project to happen between now and then. It isn't promotion or gate receipts so.... Sounds like as it stands we are under embargo and this projected income should worm us out of it.
  4. Re Mowbray. I am disgusted that there has been no announcement yet that he is sacked. Been checking all day.
  5. Re embargo... I read that we have until 30th June to sell players to meet our projections. https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/19213633.rovers-issue-accounts-update-amid-efl-transfer-embargo/
  6. Don't think much of this Bayes influenced sacking of Mowbray. Taking way too long. Pasha still trying to figure out how to load paper into the fax machine.
  7. https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/19211306.not-decision---mowbrays-verdict-rovers-run-form/ Not my decision (to resign)? Zero integrity
  8. Bournemouth commentators on ifollow just said the Blackburn people sat behind them from radio Lancs are going mad about the clueless subs and the clueless manager
  9. Next home game is going to require a gathering outside Ewood to chant Mowbray Out / Waggott out. This is not acceptable any longer.
  10. Good to hear Bayes who is usually close to the club really letting rip on them. As others have said, lets see if he asks the questions directly in his next interview. Side issue, lots of empty spaces in the cardboard cutout section. Seems a good few have walked out.
  11. Can only presume Tony did his research and decided they have 7ft defenders so we need to counter that by playing long hoof balls up to Arma and Dolan.
  12. Uncomfortable though it is to many, the only thing which will unite everyone again will be administration, when it comes.
  13. Reading daily articles in the LT where Mowbray talks about the summer and pre season as though they are a 100% given (knowing they probably are) is really winding me up now. MOWBRAY OUT !
  14. I would agree. But we sold 2500 to people who knew they wouldn't attend a game. Then there are a few who can't wait to get back regardless. Then there will be the kids who get taken to games but have no voice on here or social media. I will go for 5000.
  15. Not sure if you mean it was "bollocks" because you think it was factually incorrect or just that you don't like the fact. Anyway aptly named site here explains it for you. Just read section 1 carefully. https://www.lawdonut.co.uk/business/business-ownership-and-management/the-board-of-directors/build-your-company-s-board#:~:text=By law%2C every private limited, have at least two directors. He says he is a board member and doesn't say he is a director.
  16. This is wrong. A board member does not need to be a director. An employee can be a board member and often are. He is the owner's representative on the board.... think of it like Balaji sitting on the board by proxy. This sort of misinformation contributes to confusing people.
  17. Not sure how many people have that expectation. Getting back to stadiums, theatres, cinemas, concerts, nightclubs will be allowed from June but with various control measures in place which make them safe. i.e. without the measures they won't be safe to open. Vaccinated means you can still carry and transmit. Vaccination isnt compulsory and therefore around 10% of adults will not be vaccinated. In France, Germany, this is 25% hesitancy rate. No under 18s are being vaccinated. Vaccine only lasts a few months and already announced there will be an Autumn 3rd pbooster program to roll out (do it all again). New variants. Vaccination rates outside the UK (and eventually outside Europe) e.g. Africa, South America, South Asia, etc I agree that if most are vaccinated then nobody is going into hospital so we should be back to pre Covid normality. A few deaths per year will be similar to flu so not a reason to restrict our lives. But that isn't what is being prescribed by Sage, scientists, politicians (not just in UK).
