  1. getting your head kicked in or being hit by a flying coin possibly had something to do with it😉,it was`nt socially acceptable to be a football fan in the 80`s,personally i thought it was great, providing you avoided the trouble, the football was better, the atmosphere was better and the game was`nt stopped every five minutes by the ref booking someone
  2. you forgot oldham, the most desolate, desperate, dingy place in the whole of great britain
  3. good news for us but i feel sorry for poor ramsdale, the better keeper and he`s having to be a no 2
  4. i know for a fact szmodics, hyam and brittain were mowbrays list of targets on the greg and kimberley list tronstadt looks a player,so do hill and moran less said the better about wahlstadt, the swedish walton ennis, who`s made of bone china telalovic the result of panic phoning every club in europe asking for cheap players to get straight to the point, the egg should be fired for bringing us clinton mola and george hirst not to mention a complete dereliction of duty on the lewis o`brien fiasco, which he somehow got away with,he`s the director of football,it`s his job to make sure the deal is finalised,he`s another one riding the ewood express of non accountable positions that are numerous in the halls of ewood park
  5. what mind of scout/recruitement chief/director of football goes out and recomends signing a player with an injury record that bad,a ****** trio of clowns who are out of their comfort zone thats who,the only positive is he did`nt cost us anything,i dread to think who they are scouting at the moment for january, the recruitment since broughton and kimberley landed is terrible,im`e truly amazed that jdt is still here, dealing with a bunch of amateurs at all levels of the club
  6. mike newell could get a bit tasty if the situation arose
  7. with the amount of firepower at our disposal we should win the euro`s no problem, unfortunately our big handicap is our manager,he`s very risk averse
  8. you need to keep an eye out for the ones that don`t say anything!!!they usually leave you with a stud mark down your shin
  9. i remember him shutting the genuinly hard billy whitehurst down when he was playing for reading, whitehurst was all elbows and late tackles, keeley gave him as much back,so much so,whitehurst got sent off for an elbow to many anyone remember the battle against portsmouth in 1985,pompey had some right s**thous players at the time, wood, tait and kennedy the chief culprits branagan does a good job of impersonating bruce lee with a shocking challenge on kennedy and keeley takes out wood ,who had been hacking at him all game, with a tackle so over the ball his studs end up in woods nether regions, honourably mention to colin randal as well, with his sneaky rabbit punch on kevin dillon 😀
  10. lol, this is like challenging tyson fury to a boxing match then stating i don`t have to fight him to prove i can win because i know i can🤣classic
  11. he`s not mobile enough for the way we play, don`t think jdt would apprecation him just lurking around the box waiting for chances,it`s not the way we play if we do somehow get a budget in january miovski from aberdeen is one to go for,he`s to good for that league and he stand out in a poor team,we`ll get a profit from him as well,he`s going to go to on to bigger clubs than aberdeen and rovers
  12. ben is/was a one trick pony, look for the ball over the top,cut in and get a shot off,he can`t do much else but the one thing he can do he`s very good at,other than that, his first touch is awful,he can`t hold the ball up and his awareness is`nt great,he can`t play centrally either, which is his worse trait,no doubt he was going to bomb in spain, bet he`s made a lot of money though,be back in england in january
  13. that big wide pitch at the britania stadium should suit us.,stoke 0-2 rovers, one thing is certain,it will be windy, there has been a howling gale every time iv`e visited
  14. i hope the premier league does what the rfu did when saracens rugby club tried to disguise cheating the league salary cap, they promptly relegated them😁,punishment fitting the crime and all that, there is no way city or chelsea have been playing by the rules and it goes back years
  15. cos he and maguire have compromising pictures of southgate in sussies and a bra
  16. venktards are well know in pune and Maharashtra state, other than that they are pretty much seen as a regional business, though they`de like to be seen as another mittal or hinduja no doubt india as country will never change, the rich will get richer and the poor will always live in abject poverty,it`s the caste system and religious divide
  17. i do miss "blood and thunder football" two teams going hard but fair at it,it`s all a bit staid now,man city, despite their obvious class leave me stone cold, there is absolutely nothing to like or dislike about them,at least when utd were winning everything you could rant at the telly about their antics
  18. india is a very feudal country with many rich and powerful family dynasties,if venkys have upset someone in the upper crust of indian business society the repercusions will be very bad for them,i don`t think it`s about indian tax laws, they`ve P****d someone off and they are being squeezed like an orange, the truth will out soon
  19. should it matter if a player is overweight???dunny was never that weight conscious, neither was rooney, who frankly was a bit of a fat git most of his career
  20. yes,put all the venkys in jail for corruption, fraud and other shady business dealings,i hope they`ve upset someone influential in indian government, there are no P****y appeal courts over there, straight to jail mama.belaji, pasha and the other one.take mr venky with you as well
  21. not sure why that would be??? who`s idea was it to come up with a 16 game package for nearly £300,i take it they did`nt sell well😊
