do you think tony is topping up his pension fund and does`nt want any undue fuss,like promotion!!,spoiling it,would be hard work for him getting players in of quality to even compete imo

i would love to know who gave the go ahead to sign a player for 7 million quid who can barely function at this level,for that sort of cash you expect the real deal and 15/20 goals a season,sometimes it does`nt work out for a player,id`e put him on the list,get what you can for him and move on,if mowbrays keeps him it`s going to take a massive amount of time coaching him to even get him up to standard,even then it might not work out

im`e showing my age here,walton is a carbon copy of john butcher,does some fine saves but you just know a mistake is coming,send him back to brighton and get a reliable keeper mowbray,he`s cost us loads of points this season

different times i suppose,it was a time when defenders took ball and man and you had to look after yourself,the thought of some of todays squad being invovolved in a battle like that makes me chuckle!!!
