  1. i always thought steve mcmahon was like that,he used to give it the big one till someone cleaned him out,i remember norman whiteside cutting him in half in a pre sky tv game between liverpool and utd, mcmahon did`nt come near him again and stormin norman ran the show
  2. as rovers are now apparently champions of all things eco and green,is that pie from locally sustained sources are the potatoes organic and is the container recycleable馃榿
  3. szmodics must be shattered,he`s not type to duck out of not playing, could this be telelovic time or will the real ennis be released
  4. aye, they make a real impact while we ban paper and ink, that should make a difference to the ozone layer馃檮
  5. all the above green targets achieved by bristol city take organisation, hard work and dedication, all of which are in short supply in the boardroom of ewood
  6. Sustainability highlights for Bristol City and the group include: 路 Generating 100,000kWh of electricity using solar panels 路 Sourcing over 50% of food and drink served within 12 miles of the stadium 路 Donating surplus food to local charities 路 Subsidised bus travel to reduce the carbon footprint of away support, and 路 Energy-efficient lighting, water saving and zero waste to landfill policies.
  7. we hav`nt achieved anything that bristol city have in the way of eco sustainability,we are fiddling around banning paper tickets while they are actually doing something worthwhile
  8. i doubt very much the esteemed fraser reid would reply to any of the hoi polloi as he sees us,he no doubt sees himself as superior, judging by his cv
  9. it`s so obvious they want to reduce staff on matchday and in the club shop,if this fraser reid bloke gets his way there will be one person manning the club shop and no need for ticketing staff on matchday either if this "digital" lark takes precedent,it`s got nothing to do with carbon footprint more to do with a jobsworth trying to climb the greasy corporate pole,i bet he fancies taking over from swag soon
  10. just finished reading it,got to say im`e very disapointed,it`s just a rehash of his earlier book from 2002 with added eulogies from his former team mates, however,i don`t begrudge paying for it,garns deserves a happy retirement, with proceeds from the book i hope he gets one,he gave us all great pleasure
  11. im`e eductated enough not to subscribe to this pointless charade, giving my financial details to an i.t dept that does`nt work most of the time, cue data breach of everybody馃檪
  12. rovers must be the only club in existance that attempt to discourage fans from attending馃槅,it`s bizarre
  13. this is blackburn rovers 2010-2023,don`t expect sanity and common sense to take hold suddenly!!!!!!!
  14. loads of space in the riverside looking at the ticket app on rovers.co.uk
  15. as others have stated,it`s not about the digital tickets,it`s about not having the choice,if im`e in the vicinity of ewood why can i not pop in the club shop and buy myself a ticket, completely irrational bevahiour towards fans imo
  16. just whispers from a somewhat unreliable source, probably not correct tbh,i do believe however that we will sign a striker from the lower leagues given our small budget
  17. if it`s true i would say it`s carter that will be sold,he`s been very impressive all season and the premier league clubs could be about to test our resolve with a bid, that explains the "interest" in o`riordan
  18. the big centre back o`riordan,i would`nt believe anything nixon writes,he could`nt tell the truth if you held a shotgun to his head
  19. been hearing that there will be a small amount of money to be spent on transfers in january(no idea how much, likely to be a small amount) and we`ll be looking for 2 more loans, don`t rule out our best young players departing for big money either
  20. we could end up with a crowd lower than that league cup game against wimbledon in the 1980`s especially if the website starts playing up,which is quite possible馃槃
  21. how does this effect away fans,id`e have though cambridge will bring a couple of thousand,do they have to print their own tickets
  22. so we will see more of this digital b*****s????i was of the opinion that trying to fill your stadium was a good ambition, this will just empty it
