I think he was always signed as a rotational player for the #10 role, which is why they were trying to bring in a RW on deadline day. Needs must tho and we have to adapt - plenty of game time available for him if he can adjust to playing out wide.

Let's see how Telalovic develops - his goal scoring record in the lower leagues of Germany was good enough for Borussia Mönchengladbach to take a punt on him last year. He strikes me as a player that's just got a knack for scoring goals, despite not being the prettiest technically. We'll see. The O'Brien transfer has been debated to death - I know who I blame for that falling through and it's not our Director of Football (as he legally can't submit the paperwork to the EFL..).

Well, having watched the highlights, both of their goals hit the side netting, so I can't imagine he was that calamitous.

I'm a big fan of Occam's razor. The website is back up because they're incompetent - they haven't deliberately turned away people buying tickets. These cup games are MASSIVE for Waggot's end of year report - it's essentially free money that he never could account for under Mowbray.
