Not based on what he showed in a Rovers shirt you didn't. -

You'd cut our goals conceded column in half with a decent GK - he's thrown two into his own net today (he should have been out much, much quicker for the Hirst through ball). -

Player slips - awards a FK in a dangerous area against Moran. Clown. -

The two sides of Travis there - lovely through ball for the Sigurdsson goal and then falling over himself when their GK offers a goal on a plate. -

We look fine - they're working their socks off to close us down. Unfortunately every shot on target goes in cos the GK is a clown so that hard work is paying off. They're 2 goals clear, so that fatigue won't be an issue later on. -

Who knows what's happening at this point - JDT had a fantastic reason to drop Pears after he threw two into his own net at Plymouth. This was after he let Hull win at Ewood with his bad positioning and he's obviously cost us another goal or two since then. Just baffling. -

He needs replacing pronto. He's a clown. -

Moran dispossesses their LB and skins him - LB cynically fouls him as he's breaking, no yellow card. Standard shit Championship ref then. -

They're targeting Pickering with the long diagonal ball. -

You've just seen them score from the scramble after a long corner was semi-cleared and what do we do? More short corner nonsense. -

1-0 Ipswich, another hit and hope from a corner. We really need to just start shooting on site in this league, you're often rewarded for it. -

More of a penalty than the one Clarke was awarded on Weds... -

75 minutes on Weds where JDT said he looked knackered and thrown straight into the starting lineup on Saturday - that's a shot across the bows to Hedges / Markanday / Dolan if ever I saw one. If only he was so ruthless with Pears... -

Until you said 'Blackburn End' that guy sat next to you could have been me - Hedges had committed to clearing the ball and Clarke bought the penalty. It's incidental contact imo - a coming together of players. With regards to the golden opportunity - it was a Szmodics shot, a Leonard rebound (shinned it with his left leg, but was still on target) and then Moran blazing over (although I think it was blocked). -

I generally have a little weep when watching the players warm up - I used to watch Tugay, McCarthy et al make it look easy. Half of this lot couldn't hit a barn door. My big worry about Leonard is I don't know how clinical a finisher he is - he's athletic enough to make up for his sub 6' frame (and lack of electric pace) and his movement is very good, but he has to take his chances infront of goal. He's missed a few already this season imo. -

He's not athletic enough to be a RWB. He's played RB quite well, but you have to adjust your tactics to get the most out of him (hence why they let him drift around the park). He'd be my CM partner for A. Wharton if I was in charge, but I'm not. -

How do we watch the same team every week and come to such different conclusions? Besides A. Wharton he's the best natural footballer we have. -

Influence the game more then if you're going to have a paddy if you're taken off. His final ball is a disgrace. -

Agree to disagree. My head was in my hands when they scored their soft second - I had to walk into the concourse for their penalty cos it was so unjust. I've rarely left Ewood so deflated - we smashed them, but couldn't put three tap ins in the back of the net and they scored with every bloody shot. -
Why can't we win when we go 1-0 down?
Exiled_Rover replied to Nuttall is lost's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Because nobody can consistently put the ball in the back of the opposition's net. -
Dilan Markanday.. potential talent or ?
Exiled_Rover replied to NeilInBristol's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
He's a L1 player at best - should be nowhere near the first team. -

He's going to need time to get up to speed - it's a big jump he's making. That said, JDT persists with Pears in goal despite him being shite, so he's not infallible. -

He's been fantastic in his other CM cameos this season. It was a difficult game to come on in as Garrett didn't pull up any trees either - and they were left with Dolan and Markanday as outlets. Zidane would struggle with those two upfront.
