What are Sunderland fans expecting? They have just come up. They want a boring middle of the road, go nowhere manager to consolidate their position. Mowbray is perfect -

This mess is down to Mowbray. 5 years of fucking about with no plan has left us totally bereft of quality -

I don't understand why when we have gone European with jdt and Broughton (can't remember his name off the top of my head). We have gone back to the old regime of buying players domestically in the English leagues. Hyam and caulker (yes he's abroad but he's well known to the domestic game) could have been done by anyone at Rovers. Wheres the imagination of scouring Europe for hidden gems. When farke was appointed Norwich manager he unearthed gems like pukki. This just smacks of laziness on Broughton's part. We have basically bought wholly on the domestic level instead of putting some effort into finding some unknowns that could turn out to be real gems the way Brentford have done. -

Wtf wrote that list? If that's last season's list then van hecke would be way above most of those players. Was it someone writing up random names? -

Hugely disappointing if its 3 and 2 of them are caulker and hyam. This wasn't the window we were told it was going to be. Yet again venkys look like they are refusing to spend much money. I fear jdt will walk by the end of the season -

Hes interesting. Born in Scotland but only because his father was stationed there. Move to England at 18 months. Has played for Scotland under age group. He does score 1 or 2 goals. Before Coventry he played mostly non league lower league football. He might be a late bloomer -
Barcelona drawn with bayern. Had to happen. As for the English teams ( couldn't care less about Scottish teams) decent draws.

How is Gordon worth 60 million? When Brereton a full international and a far better goals to game ratio is only worth 15 to 20 million -

Talking of van hecke. The Sunderland fans messageboard is full of arrogant tw*ts. Calling us a tiny club compared to theirs. What the fuck have they ever achieved in 80 or 90 years. Complete non entity club. They're like a poundland Newcastle -

A bit different. It's expected that clubs have numerous nationalities. Wolves have 11 Portuguese players and 2 English players. They're buying from the Portuguese Market. Something wrong with that -

This is mowbray's mess. Effing about for 5 years. Signing dross. Allowing player contracts to run out. Signing loan after loan. Even pep couldn't cope with this mess -
