To play devil's advocate. Spending a couple of million in this window could leave us with a huge windfall if we get promoted. The epl money could wipe out a large chunk of the debt. Broughton's words are meaningless. That's all we ever get out of rovers...words. never any action. The fuck up is partly down to the board having no accountability.
