  1. Good team fancy us for a 2-0 win Surprised how Chapman and Buckley seem out of contention now, Chapman was decent in his last performance
  2. Fractured a bone in his spine I believe, out for the season most likely, he must be gutted after coming on with Buckley last season
  3. Glad those that went enjoyed it, I’ve been before and it’s easy to get on board with Mowbrays passion, it often doesn’t come across the same in text. From the commentary it seemed Cheston was flustered again, not sure his presence at these things helps
  4. I think if you go on behalf of a group, the forum in this case it’s expected you would report it back to that group.
  5. Apologies it was Tony “TM said he wanted to prevent Rovers having to play in an opposition's kit.”
  6. Waggott ‘went to bat’ for the fans to ensure we didn’t have a season ticket price increase and stopped us having to wear an opposition kit by introducing a third kit!
  7. https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/18217435.live-updates-rovers-supporters-consultation-meeting/ All chaddys pictures are coming from here if you’d prefer to read it at the source
  8. Is £2.5m for a league one player that bad? Especially compared to Brereton
  9. Heart breaking stuff, got to be honest dementia and Alzheimer’s terrify me, what a horribly cruel disease for anyone to have to deal with and their families Tony Parkes is a legend at this club. I remember back in 1990 or so before the ground was done up we used to go in the restaurant / bar type area, I think it was somewhere between the Nuttall street stand and Blackburn end, my sister had a birthday party in there and some of the players (Lee Makel and co) were in there along with Tony Parkes and Ray Harford, they both made a real effort to make us feel welcome and celebrate her birthday. Genuinely a good man. We are pulling for you Tony
  10. A youth loan seems odd, not sure how it would benefit us unless it’s a sort of trial, if the idea is just to go back to City all that would do is hamper our own
  11. Leeds losing was nice, sadly it meant Wigan winning! I have no feelings either way towards Hull, they just kind of exist.
  12. He’s another prone to the odd howler like the pass to the Newcastle forward in the cup but that’s part and parcel of young keepers, especially now teams want to play from the back
  13. I think we should all step back and congratulate ourselves on a successful window. When I say ourselves I meant BRFCS - this thread had 6,837 posts and 284,349 views! Thats a lot of discussion around Fisher going on loan!
  14. Super goal from Gladwin today, delighted for him you can tell it meant a lot. Thanked Rovers in his interview post match hinted at being really low at times and the support of the club along with his wife and son got him through. 100% think Mowbray got his handling of this spot on
  15. My question is if there’s a muscle injury like that why the hell did they send him back on to try and run it off? Seems a recipe to make things worse
  16. Holtby having a scan on lateral knee ligaments apparently, Bet that will end up being at least a few weeks
  17. Humour me then, quote those posts, there’s 1, literally 1 that I can see He’s had his share of criticism but he’s a keeper, mistakes lead to goals and that gets highlighted, look at Raya today
  18. Literally one person said Walton should have done better for the goal, 3x more commented on the save, you’ve lost this one buddy! Plus the thread is relatively quiet anyway
  19. Good point all in all, lost a bit of ground on the top 6 but it could have been a lot worse if not for some bad misses and good goalkeeping
  20. Within a minute of it happening, at an away game where most of us can’t see it there was 3-4 posts commenting on it
  21. Sounds like Walton just made a great save from Rudy
