So Klitschko retires, right decision definitely you could see he put absolutely everything into that last fight as he surely would have done in the rematch with Fury. Such a shame he didn't get that opportunity as when he was prepared to go out on his shield instead of just try and do enough he was a hell of a fighter. Modern era great and future hall of famer whatever you want to say about him.

The enigmatic Jason Lowe vortex

If he signs for Bolton he'll be on considerably less than he was on here but even if he'd stayed who would have been happy having him as one of the top paid players at league 1 Rovers ? Not me i'm looking forwards to a midfield who can pass a bit, get forwards a bit and put some flipping tackles in. -

There was a few rumours around the Grabbi transfer as well and no doubt there was an old pals act going on with Rangers although I suppose it worked both ways we did get Tugay. Ferguson was a good shout to replace Dunn at the time he had the ability to really do it down here but he just didn't fancy it after being the main man at Rangers I don't think. No doubt as usual in football plenty people did alright out of these deals but I think the intention was right in regards to Ferguson it's just he was a mard tosser. Amoruso was a hard one to figure though and a bit wiffy as Souey was on record as not being a fan of his and if he struggled with the pace etc of it up there he was always going to get caught out repeatedly in the Prem, which he did. Jack Walker was also a good business pal of Mr Murray so the clubs prob always had a decent relationship back then, wasn't Ewood modelled on Ibrox ?

The is the wee Barry thread not the Anthony Stokes one ......

Maybe wee Bazza should've bought himself a small Scottish football club to cook his books through

There was some land deal going on when he was at Rovers i seem to recall. Nice of these multimillionaires to pay their tax isn't it !

They've been trying their best to get him a gig back over here for years hence the regular large newspaper features in the Scottish paper and some big English ones. How many coaches who've stepped in as managers spectacularly failed then disappeared do you ever hear of again let alone read about in big newspaper columns ? Not many if any at all but it seems no one will touch him and long may it continue because onces he reapears anywhere in England, Scotland or Ireland he'll never be out of the press. Him on the other side of the world for the rest of his natural is fine by me !

No wonder his regular propaganda interviews haven't been popping up in certain rags recently I wonder if Jim White and the agency boys will do a Brunei special of mock outrage if his job is under threat ?

That's Abraham for you he's nearly always been the same and has had a few decisions go his way rather surprisingly by just doing enough. Hard as nails though as you say. Groves i'd like nothing more to see him spanked by Eubank jnr but as JB says he doesn't carry enough punch power at SMW and I think Groves has too much for him at the min, he's on top of his game now after going with Shane Mc. Groves doesn't like big punchers or sustained pressure though so he might wilt if Eubank can keep on him relentlessly.

What I posted was almost word for word from Joanna Lumleys ITV documentary on India on Friday night, apart from the light hearted venky dig of course. I'm sure they have plenty digs at daft Englishmen who get themselves het up about nothing. We know they have digs at us they appointed Owen Coyle. It's been hilarious watching the usual keaners try their best to twist it into something it isn't on here and twitter. Sadly for the usual antagonists i'm pretty much an atheist who thinks all religion is a load of cow crap but for those who believe in it and it keeps them happy then fair play it serves it's purpose. Therefore I apologise to any cows that may have been offended by me talking about their dung.

You have a sense of humour ?

We can see what you're trying to do here. Don't bother.

I was thinking Steve Kean took that god like status actually.

Just a small highlight of the mass difference in beliefs and ways of thinking, no wonder there's problems.

Hell it doesn't take long for it to kick off on the facebook page lol it's being peddled as gospel on there now probably based on what's been posted on here

Like last time there'd be a whole host of newbies signing up saying give him a chance he's the next big thing. He's certainly got some PR behind him that lad.

Just watching a programme on India, they are burning purified dung from a cow they believe is home to 33 million gods and goddesses which live inside it. They are worshiping it's burning turds, they believe the goddess of wealth approves of this. Never again ask why Venkys behave the way they do !!!! This is true by the way

Balaji's film co was obviously going to make a documentary on Gary Neville & Judan Alis Rovers revolution but it all fell apart when Nevilles ugly boat cracked the camera. Balaji couldn't sell Judan Ali to anyone to continue funding his film empire so it went bust. Ali has been cleaning his fleet of cars ever since but now Rovers are skint he will be sent to coach the youth.

Whoever's told him might. Where's he heard it ?

Hopefully it's just mischief making from somewhere.

Is there such a thing as a Yank boxer who's actually paid his tax ? Floyd getting a few excuses in early, don't watch MMA or UFC etc so don't know much about CM. For the sake of boxing though I hope Mayweather mullers him lol

Still no excuse whatsoever to give Wes Brown 8k a week knowing full well he'd contribute nothing having only previously managed 50 games or so in five years. Next Gordon Greer on probably the same or more, yes a steady performer in previous years but at nearly 36/37 and having been frozen out by Brighton what was he going to offer over a season ? Two 24 year old internationals replaced by those 2, what a complete joke. Yes he got Hoban in and we already had Lenihen who still had it to prove but i'd lay any odds that cretin wanted a first partnership of Brown and Greer, Even more bizarre was him blooding Wharton then shoving him out on loan when he could have saved a wage wasted on one of those previous 3. That goes right against FFP it was nothing to do with that just braindead and rather suspicious stuff from Coyle who obviously having to sort the front line out over stretched himself and his budget in that area. FFP ? Anthony Stokes 3 years at 18k per week ? Pull the other one.....
