A break of 4 mins every 8 mins on G.O.T on sky atlantic over here it seems. Although I always watch the later one on +1 an it's hard work when your bog eyed !

Handy to have that source available though. They did a great job of stopping it spreading through the cottages. A big pipe running across the road with ramps over it and a fireman waving cars over it slowly.

Sad news, remember his posts well down the years. A stand out character RIP fella.

There has been a few things flying around about him down the years, offshore accounts, agent connections you know that sort of Kean type stuff.

Gartside ?????

Only viable option in the fantasy world of all local clubs winding up would be Chorley Utd. Start from scratch and expand something neutral that already exists. Fans of most local clubs already stand side by side plenty of times to cheer on Chorley so to pour millions into something like that and expand it, rocket up the leagues it may work.

Steve Kean and Owen Coyle. What a pair of #####. No suprise at the connection of the 2 and the matching mess they both left behind. Sickening.

Higher wage bill than Rovers ? Hell where is it all going ?

I also know plenty of em and in the recent past it's always been we're ok Uncle Eddies got it covered, we're gonna buy Rhodes (wonder were they got that idea!) we're goin to do this and that but basically Rovers are fooked. I've always responded that it can't go on for ever and they'll be in the same boat one day. This may bring it home to them a bit

I'm not concerned about Bolton just interested to see how they handle the situation. One quite similar to ours in case you ain't noticed

He did yes and i seem to think the trust did something similar a few years later. Leicester City owners did it recently to the tune of about 80 mill i think so i suppose if it's done before the FFP comes in then that's ok ?

Won't Davies just convert most of the debt into share capital or whatever. Then they start more or less from scratch again because he'll never get it all back.

Remember the name and face but don't recall much of his time with us. Sad times. RIP

We have a bling merchant who keeps dodgy company and has to have bodyguards and walks around at home possibly armed. We have a head honcho Mrs who has form for some dodgy investment that went to court. Then to cap it all we had a dark lord. Please don't tell me something somewhere wasn't a bit fishy

This guy wouldn't be coming just to coach kids or put bibs and cones out. It would be a foot in the door before long being fast tracked into some kind of first team role. Shebbys very own puppet

Utter rubbish.

A cheap stop gap until then ? Or perhaps when we've gone through admin and have no staff then Ali runs the team on the cheap and Balaji's son comes in to run the club on the cheap. Meanwhile we are in lge one with 4k fans and they can do what they want, they've pulled the club to bits and can rebuild it the way the want. They are that delusional and dodgy it wouldn't suprise me at all if that's the plan.

Browsing some of the Palace forums on friday night it did come across as Holloway is non to popular with a lot of their fans. No wonder with some of the crap he comes out with, some people find him entertaining ive always found his interveiws irritating but that's just me. I think he's a decent manager and i would have loved him to come here earlier this season. He was right though it was a push but we'd just been denied a blatant pen when Morris was felled which he no doubt chose to not see. -

Was a good crowd today but i was suprised it was 19k plus. Nice to see the ground more like it used to be. Decent atmo 2nd half and a well recieved lap considering all the crap, most saying thanks to Bowyer & Rhodes although most of the players seemed very sheepish. Probably a fair result but could have been better but for the countless times someone got in a good position but lack of 1st touch or woeful final pass cocked it up. Glad it's over ! (almost) -
Too right they won't. We were all saying this the same time last year i.e surely they'll bring in a new manager and someone to run the show. Infact how many times before has it been said since they pitched up. Nothing will change, i can see us in a similar position this time next year perhaps a few different characters, a few different players and definitley a few thousand fans lighter but still the same old charade.

Good preview. Goals will flow in this i reckon. Rovers 2 Palace 4 15,475 -
Enjoyed it last night for first time in ages, actually felt like a proper football match with an all round battling performance giving us something to cheer for once. Pitiful home turnout again but atmosephere was good, 2nd half in particular. As has been said we are winning the midfield battles now and that's been missing and a major problem all season. The likes of Williamson know what it's all about in this division and Jones puts it about as well to be fair. If stay up i'd try and get Kane on a season loan if possible. I'd start with the same team at Watford, wouldn't change anything unless it's forced. The only thing i'd do is put Kaz on the bench if available and i'd bounce Pedersen out the door !
